• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content
• Upload images containing explicit, violent, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to terminate accounts of repeat violators.

Crave Capture offers subscription-based plans with monthly recurring billing:

• Starter Plan: $10/month - Up to 100 photo enhancements
• Professional Plan: $15/month - Up to 500 photo enhancements
• Restaurant Plan: $20/month - Unlimited photo enhancements

Billing:

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website

Your Content: You retain ownership of all images you upload to our Service. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your images solely to provide the Service to you.

Processed Images: You own all enhanced and processed images generated by our Service, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees.

Our Technology: Crave Capture retains all rights to our AI models, algorithms, software, and technology. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology.

Platform Content: All text, graphics, logos, and designs on our website are owned by Crave Capture and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAVE CAPTURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• AI enhancement results will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased will meet your expectations

AI Results Disclaimer: Our AI technology processes images automatically, and results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or that processed images will be accepted by any third-party delivery platform.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in our platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive shall continue, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
